HI my Mum has had her Madopar dose 100mg increased to 4 x a day. 2 x Tablets in morning , 1 in Afternoon and 1 in Evening by her neurologist. Has anyone experienced this dose and what effect has had it on early onset of Parkinsons. Look forward to feedback. Cheers. Peter
